Teresa Walters is a popular featured soloist with orchestras throughout the United States and around the world. Her recent performances as soloist with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra (Liszt’s
Hungarian Fantasia) and Canadian orchestras (Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto) earned the highest accolades.
This season witnesses her return to Russia performing piano concerti by Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky. Invited to perform with Romania’s Brasov Philharmonic in celebration of their 125th Anniversary, and to perform with the Bombay Orchestra and the New Delhi Philharmonic for the inauguration of India’s National Center for the Performing Arts, she is a musical ambassador at home and abroad.
